Terry Ward, President, and CEO of Real Estate Holdings, Inc. and Country Communities, Inc., has been a successful real estate developer since 1981. His experience spans several decades and includes both commercial and residential interests.
Commercial
Real Estate Holdings Inc. has developed more than 1,000 acres of prime commercial land, primarily inside the 610 Loop and in NW Houston. In 2018 Terry saw an opportunity for business owners to own their office and build wealth and so Mission Business Park was created. Since its inception, the Park has expanded to three boutique office space locations, Hearthstone, Pearland, and our new and upcoming location, Glen Chase.
Residential
In 1999, Mr. Ward envisioned the Country Community concept to host a branded country experience for its residents. Since then, he has developed over 6,000 acres of land into seven country communities.
